I've beaten all the other GTO challenges in Awakening, but this one is giving me some problems. I'm having problems with wave 19/20 when the seekers come in followed by the turtle, and on the last wave with four rumblers. Any suggestions? I hate juggling, but I know its the only way sometimes. If the only way to win is with juggling, what general setup did you use? Thanks in advance.

Hi - does anyone know where I can purchase Defense Grid: Gold without requiring a download service like Steam? I'm just looking for the game - I don't use Steam or any of the other services and am not a fan of extra stuff running on my machine just so I can get one game I like. Thanks for your help! Kelson

Well, I've played this game for a long time and I have a Gold Medal on ALL missions so I have quite a bit of experience with this game and I just want to point out a few bugs that I've noticed while I'm playing. 1. Cores with sometimes float and stay in one spot out on the field and Aliens will not pick them up. Not that this is bad or anything to the player but you don't get as much interest and it's still a bug. 2.

Hi, anybody got tips for getting a gold medal on Center of Power - Super Grinder?

I did the story challenge and the grinder mode (takes a long time, but got the gold on the first try IIRC). But I'm not doing so well on SG mode.

I've been playing Defense Grid for the longest of times and I almost have a Gold Medal on all of the levels and their modes... I have about 10 more to go. I'm wondering as to why there weren't any Grinder Modes on the Resurgence maps. I, and my dad, was expecting at least 2 or 3 Grinder modes yet when we get the maps not a single level has Grinder. That one level where it's just a square area with free room to place towers would have been a fun level to play Grinder on. Oh well, I guess we can't have everything we want right? Also, who else loves Cannons? I <3 them!

There are quite a few tower defense games available for iDevices, but nothing that comes close to the quality and polish of Defense Grid. The iPad is really a perfect platform for this type of game, and I think an iPad port of the existing properties could be quite successful. Just casting my vote!

ok, it can't just be luck or a glitch because someone is 81st and has completed Assessing the Threat with 9 towers? How is this done? You can't do enough damage to the last rhino on wave 6? Also, the top 7 people have done it with 9 towers on Ancient Research? How?
