I bought the game off Steam, full install. I had to reformat my system and everything. Now I dont know how to get the game I paid for back. Any help would be nice
Contact the folks at Steam if you are having trouble.
You should be able to get the game downloaded easily by installing Steam and logging into your account on your updated computer. It should automatically download the game to your new computer then.
Interesting, in that situation Steam is saying it doesn't have a record of your ownership. Is is possible you have multiple Steam accounts and purchased the game with another account?
If not, I'd email the Steam folks, tell them when you purchased the game in the past - if you have an email confirmation of your purchase that would help I'm sure - and ask that they restore that purchase to your account.
