Lack of communication from Defense Grid creators & software sellers

Hi Can anyone tell me how to get a response from the software creators or their agents selling the software, as I downloaded the Defense Grid game but they did not e-mail me the product code, I have been trying for 3 days to get an answer to my e-mails but no one is bothering to reply. Bloody poor service.

From where did you buy your game? Hidden Path are the devs, and as such can not help you with your code, you need the vendor or the publisher for that

Killemall is correct.  We don't sell the game here at Hidden Path, but we for the most part know all of the folks who are selling it.  Who did you buy the game from and then hasn't sent you the code?
